Technology And Its Impact On Marketing Changes.
ABSTRACT:
This paper discusses the research outcome that dwells on different spheres of related technological changes and their possible effects on marketing practice in the industry. The literature suggests that many of the emphasized contextual marketing ideas ranging from understanding customer behaviour, researching into their needs, becoming solution oriented and building real lasting profitable relationship and increased competitive analysis have been well enhanced through various technological developments. Thus, quite a considerable focus is paid to various technological changes and developments, and equally on how they facilitate marketing changes in terms of its initiatives and responses to creating customer value, handling of customer problems and ensuring their continuous customer retention, competitive advantage and profitability. This paper concludes that further landmark progress in technological development will always have a tremendous impact on how organizations create consumer quality, better service, satisfaction, loyalty, retention, competitive edge through tech-aided real relationship.
